You must come to the Alexander College Burnaby campus.

ONLINE appointments/workshops

Click on the appointment and then the button that says "Start or Join Online Appointment". Alternatively, there may be a Zoom link that you can join. You need a camera and microphone for online appointments and workshops.

Policies

1. You must use your own account. Do not share your login information with anyone else. 

2. No-Show Policy: When you book an appointment with a staff member, please attend on time or cancel the appointment if you cannot attend. Two 'no-shows' will result in your account being suspended for 1 week. 

3. Cancelation Policy: Appointments can be canceled up to 30 minutes before the start of an appointment. However, if the cancelation happens 90 minutes or less before the appointment start, it is considered a "late cancelation". Three late cancelations will result in your account being suspended for 1 week. If you cancel an appointment more than 90 minutes before the start time, there is no penalty.
