Rules
- If you are more than 5 minutes late for an appointment, it will be marked as a no-show. Additionally, if you cancel within 90 minutes of your start time, it counts as a late cancelation. Multiple no-shows or late cancelations will cause your account to be deactivated.
- If you are late for your appointment, email us at srr@alexandercollege.ca, and we will wait for you.
