You can use this service to book appointments and sign up for workshops with various departments at Alexander College:
Writing & Learning Centre (WLC) - assignment feedback, citations, help with course content, and workshops
Library - research help
Career Advising - job finding, resume writing, interview skills
Academic Advising - degree planning, choosing courses, university transfer and GPA
You can select the schedule you want before or after you log in. Above each schedule, there is information about the purpose of the appointment and how to join. Please read it carefully before booking an appointment or registering for a workshop.
IN PERSON appointments/workshops
You must come to the Alexander College Burnaby campus.
ONLINE appointments/workshops
Click on the appointment and there will be a button that says "Start or Join Online Appointment". Alternatively, there may be a Zoom link that you can join. You need a camera and microphone for online appointments and workshops.
Policies
1. You must use your own account. Do not share your login information with anyone else.
2. Each student may create only one account in WCOnline. If you attempt to register multiple accounts, they will be deactivated or deleted.
3. When you book an appointment with a staff member, please attend on time or cancel the appointment if you cannot attend. Two 'no-shows' will result in your account being suspended for 1 week.
