The Writing and Learning Centre provides ethical, one on one tutoring to all AC students for all courses offered at the College. Our goal is to help students develop their core academic skills to be able to apply them across all disciplines. We also offer campus-wide citation and economics math workshops in the opening weeks of each term. Reach out to us by emailing wlc@alexandercollege.ca.
The Library provides research support, access to print and digital collections, ID card creation, as well as computer and printing services to AC students, faculty, and staff. We can assist students with their research for assignments in 1-1 appointments, online via AskAway chat, in-person at the library desk, via phone (604-435-5815), and email (library@alexandercollege.ca).
The Career Advisors run workshops and programs, offer in-person support and provide online resources to help you navigate your career journey. See them for work search strategies, resumes, interview skills, and much more! Email careeradvising@alexandercollege.ca for more information.
The Academic Advisors help students with Academic course planning, University Transfer preparation, GPA Calculation, and academic difficulty. Students are encouraged to meet with an academic advisor at least twice per year of study to review the degree progress, check program changes or receive any support needed to succeed at Alexander College.
